We are seeking a Venue Operations Coordinator to join our team, working at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium.

This role will be responsible for coordinating venue operations activities, rostering setup and cleaning activity, and supervising venue presentation, setup, build, and breakdown of events.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Experience as a supervisor or team member with a public venue event management background
  • Self-motivation, positive demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Innovative thinking and ability to initiate, implement, and adapt to change
  • Exceptional organizational and people management skills

Our ideal candidate will be a venue specialist with exceptional interpersonal skills, a 'can do' attitude, flexible proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to juggle simultaneous demands from different departments.
