We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team at Macquarie University. The successful candidate will work on a cutting-edge project developing new biological drugs to treat Alzheimer's disease.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the research and development of novel therapeutic approaches for Alzheimer's disease
- Conduct experimental work, data analysis and interpretation of results
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Mentor masters and/or PhD students
- Communicate research findings in scientific journals and at conferences
You will have completed a PhD in synthetic biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, biology or a related discipline. You will have experience in plant synthetic biology, genetic engineering, molecular biology, and biochemistry. You will be able to lead research and work collaboratively as part of a research group and with collaborators.
