Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about assisting people through challenging situations and starting their career in banking.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to provide solutions to customers with account-related issues. It also requires assessing customer situations to offer tailored solutions and resolve concerns related to policies.

Additional responsibilities include educating customers on banking technology to enhance their experience and build trust, achieving key performance measures while balancing commercial outcomes and meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including empathy and patience.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time hours (38 hours/week) with a rotational roster between Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm.
  • Must pass a National Police History Check and two Referee Checks.
  • Able to commit to full-time hours on an initial 9-month contract.
