Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and events to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements

  • Barista qualifications and experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Positive team player with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
