Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished coffee expert to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience by serving high-quality beverages consistently
  • Maintain a productive and positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the coffee bar by properly maintaining and cleaning equipment
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a coffee professional, preferably in a specialty coffee shop
  • Hold a valid RSA certification
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Show flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
