Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and fashion-forward leader to fill a Senior Assistant Manager position at our Emporium Store.

As a dynamic retail professional, you will work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will drive sales, coach your crew, and help bring the store's unique vibe to life every day.

About the Role:
  • Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a talented team of retail professionals
  • Drive sales and contribute to the store's achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Assist with daily operations, including rostering, stock management and reporting
  • Maintain high visual standards that reflect the store's premium feel and aesthetic
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy work culture that values individuality and creativity
  • Step up and run the store in the Store Manager's absence, utilizing leadership skills to ensure seamless operations
  • Champion best practices in loss prevention and compliance to minimize risk and protect company assets
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous retail leadership experience, preferably as a supervisor or second-in-command
  • A genuine passion for fashion, streetwear and youth culture, combined with a deep understanding of current trends and consumer behavior
  • A proven ability to lead, coach and inspire a team of retail professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • High attention to detail, with excellent visual merchandising instincts and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Experience supporting store operations, including rostering, stock management and performance KPIs
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
