Vehicle Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by cleaning and priming surfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and preparing vehicle surfaces according to job sheets.
  • Priming and denibbing vehicles to ensure a smooth paint finish.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Prepper or Painting role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong commitment to working in a safe manner.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual & a team player.
  • Full work rights.
  • Current driver's license (not essential).
