About the Role

Monash Health is a leading healthcare provider in Victoria, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Midwife to join our team as an Associate Midwife Manager.

This is a fixed-term part-time opportunity to experience and rotate through a leadership position, working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and Night Duty.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a leadership role, working with a talented team of midwives and healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in antenatal, postnatal, and birth suite care, as well as leadership and management.

You will be supported by senior mentors and will have the opportunity to share your skills and knowledge with others.

Monash Women's Maternity at MMC offers comprehensive care for pregnant women, from low to high-risk pregnancies. Our services include tertiary level ultrasounds, fetal surveillance, care for complex health concerns, developmental challenges, and in utero procedures.

What You Bring

You are a Registered Midwife with a positive attitude and a passion for women-centered care. You have proven experience working in an Acute Maternity service and have demonstrated skills and knowledge in antenatal, postnatal, and birth suite care.

You are driven and value consistent quality improvement across the service, and you bring with you some creative ideas and passion to implement across the service.

You have FSEP level 3 certification and are committed to ongoing professional development.
