As a Personal Banking Consultant – Teller, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to our members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality conversations and educating our members on our products
  • Managing basic member enquiries and transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records in our systems
About You
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
  • A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
  • Experience in the finance industry (desirable)
