- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Develop strategies for team development and performance improvement.
- Maintain relationships with contractors to guarantee high-quality work.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of supervising teams.
- Knowledge of plant and equipment used in construction and infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of employee obligations under Work Health and Safety Act and relevant legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
