The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team in Lance Creek. This role will facilitate a smooth operation of the Lance Creek Site daily by performing a variety of administration tasks while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visitor and Contractor Reception and Inductions: Ensure a warm welcome for visitors and contractors, providing necessary inductions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Traffic Direction for Deliveries and Collections: Safely direct traffic for deliveries and collections, ensuring a seamless logistics operation.
  • Procurement Tasks: Perform data entry, monitor payments, and prepare purchase orders to ensure efficient procurement processes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Site Leadership Team with administrative support, providing a high level of service to the team.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain all office and facility supplies inventory, replenishing as required to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation.
  • Phone and Email Management: Direct phone calls and manage emails as required, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate mandatory training as directed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role in a related industry.
  • Intermediate computer skills in data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in IT solutions and office software.
  • Experience in Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
