The Role

">

We are seeking qualified Boilermakers to join our Engineering and Construction team working on the manufacture and installation of structural steel at our construction site. This permanent full-time position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

">

  • ">
  • Completed qualification and competence in all aspects of trade">
  • A minimum of two years' experience in structural steel fabrication">
  • Ability to interpret detail shop drawings and specifications">
  • Support and supervise apprentices to ensure appropriate training is received">
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of finished work">
  • Maintain Crossmuller QA/QC procedures and standards">
  • Experience working in a busy hands-on environment">
  • Enthusiasm and ability to multi-task">
  • Great communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels">
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, tools, and equipment">

Benefits and Salary

This role comes with an attractive salary package, including a competitive annual salary of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits include excellent working conditions, generous leave entitlements, and professional development opportunities.
