As a key member of our team, you will assist with coordinating catering operations, ongoing staff development, and performance monitoring, ensuring seamless event execution.
Reporting to the Manager, Event Floor Services, you will be pivotal in monitoring venue set-up and presentation, coordinating client requirements, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant supervisory experience in front-of-house (F&B) operations associated with events, conferences, and banquets in similar corporate-style venues.
- Proven expertise in special diet delivery and excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A sound knowledge of the local, national, and international events industry, SA infrastructure, and tourist attractions.
- Impeccable presentation and the ability to confidently interact with clients at all levels.
- Adaptability to work in a professional, positive team environment with flexible hours, including night and weekend shifts.
