Identity Technology Architect

At Peoplebank Australia Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Identity Technology Architect to join our team. As an Identity Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity technologies within our Operational Technology Environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement identity platforms across Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) domains in-line with best practice and security standards.
- Work alongside project and partner resources as the technical authority for the implementation of identity technologies.
- Hands-on identity platform configuration and engineering.
- Contribute to the development and endorsement of an identity operating model for the OTE environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the identity practice within the OTE environment.
- Work alongside the Senior OTE Security Architect in the development of identity roadmaps across domains.
Requirements:
- 8+ years working in the Identity domain as an architect, engineer, and/or technical lead with demonstrated experience working across IGA, IAM, and PAM technologies.
- Experience working in operational technology projects within utilities, with a preference for experience working within the energy sector.
- Experience implementing solutions aligned with security standards including: NIST, Essential 8, and ASD ISM.
- Experience implementing solutions aligned with industry security standards including: AES-CSF and the SOCI act.
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with one of the following or an equivalent IGA technology: Sailpoint Identity IQ, Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud, or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
- Experience with one of the following or an equivalent IAM technology: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta Workforce Cloud, or Ping Identity.
- Experience with one of the following or an equivalent PAM technology: Cyber Ark Self Hosted or Cyber Ark Privileged Cloud.
