Key Operations Coordinator Role
This key operations coordinator role exists to join a dynamic business providing engineering and construction services to various sectors. The business has a reputation built on reliability, quality service, and standards, backed by customer engagement and satisfaction.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, procurement, HR, accounts, and logistics planning and booking in a 100% remote environment requiring high autonomy and connectivity via Teams.
As an ideal candidate, you'll remain composed under pressure, enjoy organization, and anticipate team and client needs. While experience in the Mining industry is not essential, it's highly valued for better understanding. Knowledge of travel arrangements (flights, hire cars, hotels) is required.
- HR Administration
- Accounts management using Xero and related add-ons
- Project crew onboarding, logistics planning, and booking
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily office and administrative functions to ensure a productive environmentMonitoring key dates and timelines, maintaining updated systems and documentationSupporting job scheduling, resource allocation, onboarding, and client site preparationsHandling travel and accommodation bookings and advising staff and clients accordinglyManaging Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, payroll, and bookkeeping in XeroProcurement of site equipment, supplies, inventory management, and other duties as directedLeading process improvement initiatives collaboratively to support business growthManaging document and electronic filing systemsIf you're an operations professional eager to impact a business, we encourage you to apply now.
