Job Title: Full-time Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end weekly payroll processing in an ADP outsourced environment.
  • Collaborate with the ADP payroll team on month end, year-end closing procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll, including preparation of adjustment sheets as needed.
  • Manage financial reporting and month-end payroll functions.
  • Verify the accuracy of recorded data regarding timesheets, leave balances, salaries, employee details, and more.
  • Work effectively within a team to manage payroll functions.
  • Support HR in maintaining employee master files and updates.
  • Comply with all relevant statutory, financial, taxation, and legal requirements.
  • Respond to internal and external payroll inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes across the payroll department.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll management.
  • Solid award interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ADP or similar payroll databases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
