Occupational Health Services Director

About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to lead our National Occupational Health Services function, overseeing the delivery of pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, and occupational medicine services. You'll work closely with our team to improve efficiencies, ensure quality, and promote customer and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of occupational health services, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery that aligns with Kinnect's standards and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of health/medical support services team members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of service.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards, and clinical governance frameworks across all medical services provided.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service outcomes/metrics, using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning medical service strategies with business goals and emerging industry trends.
