Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, pricing, and implementing all technical aspects within tenders and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge video conferencing and communication solutions for high-profile clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop responses to opportunities to key customers and accounts.
  • Designing, pricing, and implementation of all technical elements in the tender, opportunity, and project delivery stages.
  • Assess potential business opportunities to align with business policies and strategies.
  • Engage directly with key decision-makers to develop ongoing relationships.
  • Use approved software to manage and produce bids.
  • Manage bid processes to assess/upload contracts, details specifications, drawings, management of addendums and RFIs.
  • Organise site visits to assist with problem solving, building relationships, and communicating with the end user.
  • Conceptualizing drawings and completing minor drawing changes.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders and key decision-makers within these markets to develop strong and ongoing working relationships.
  • Assess local markets to produce a strategy to increase the presence of the Electrical Technologies business in the market to achieve the required turnover and gross profit.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Audio-Visual Technologies.
  • First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Qualification in Audio Engineering, Lighting or Video Technology or similar.
  • A current defense clearance (advantageous).
  • A passion to provide and execute high-quality work at all times.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
