Lead Change Risk Expert

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the smooth delivery of change across global transactions, collaborating closely with project teams, business sponsors, and risk stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks during execution. This expert will be embedded within transformation initiatives, leveraging their extensive knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks to ensure robust risk artefacts meet Transformation Delivery Standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in risk advisory or first-line risk roles, preferably within transformation or change programs.
  • In-depth understanding of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks, with a focus on automation.
  • Familiarity with international payments systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
