What You'll Do

As a Graduate Software Developer, you'll take ownership of critical projects, working closely with traders and other developers to identify and solve complex problems. You'll have the opportunity to develop ultra-low latency exchange protocol encoders and decoders, fine-tune automated trading strategies and pricing models, and work on a range of exciting projects that make a tangible impact on the business.
