Goodstart Robina Groves invites applications for an exciting career as an Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey.

As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart Robina Groves, your key responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members; complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements; building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families; actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team; supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement; and contributing to a professional and positive work culture.

To be eligible for a Traineeship, applicants must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Additionally, candidates should have a permanent right to work in Australia, strong communication skills, good time management and organisational skills, ability to work well individually and as part of a team, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, flexible availability, interest in early years education, a Working with Children Check, and proof of immunisation against COVID-19, Measles, Mumps and Rubella & Whooping Cough (Pertussis).
