About the Role

At our organisation, we are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Lead.

This key role involves overseeing the recruitment process for Retail and Support Office roles, ensuring seamless interactions with various teams and departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Additionally, they will be responsible for educating and training Store Managers and Area Managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE SMOOTH RECRUITMENT PROCESSES
  • Educate and train Store Managers and Area Managers on Behavioural Interviewing and Selection Techniques
