Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Col Crawford Pty Ltd, a leading motor vehicle dealership in Australia.
About the Role:
The key objective of this position is to maintain contact with existing customers during the second half of their car ownership, fostering strong relationships and encouraging loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to retain and grow customer base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
