We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Col Crawford Pty Ltd, a leading motor vehicle dealership in Australia.

About the Role:

The key objective of this position is to maintain contact with existing customers during the second half of their car ownership, fostering strong relationships and encouraging loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high level of satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
  4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to retain and grow customer base.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, or client relationship management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
