Mandatory Requirements:
- Passion for making a difference
- Self-led with responsibility for own behavior and success
- Coachable attitude
- AHPRA Registration
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse status
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Car
- National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening and Orientation Module Completion

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Community nursing experience is an advantage
- Experience with subacute and disability care
- Ability to report client concerns effectively
- Skills in redirecting or de-escalating behaviors
- Diabetes management experience
- Dementia experience is an advantage
- Leadership experience is an advantage
