Mechanical Services Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple portfolios throughout Tasmania. The successful candidate will lead a team of tradespeople and support staff to deliver mechanical services on time, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and local codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and present reports, submissions, and technical communications
  • Provide technical sales and support in the commercial and retail building industries
  • Maintain compliance with industry best practice, Australian Standards, BCA, and local codes
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and present reports and technical communications
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical services, or a related field
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
  • Familiarity with business finance and word processing applications
