Solution Architect Opportunity

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation? We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our corporate platform team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-level solutions that drive business growth and success.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for Oracle ecosystem, including Fusion, ARCS, HCM, EPM, and FDI.
  • Lead technical design for Finance, HR, and Procurement modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
  • Define current, transition, and target architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize Oracle ecosystem capabilities and integrations.
  • Evaluate Oracle ecosystem advancements, tools, and extensions to inform platform roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture or design.
  • Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion – including designing, integrating, or implementing HR, Finance, or Procurement modules.
  • Experience in corporate platforms such as ERP, HCM, or Finance systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred).
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, and familiarity with ArchiMate.
  • Experience working in Agile and Lean delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to business leaders.
