Role Overview

The Performance Associate Manager plays a key role in the team, providing implementation and campaign management for key clients while supporting the planning function. This role involves supervising team workload, driving effectiveness and efficiency gains, and developing key leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Oversee workflow of junior team members, hold performance evaluation meetings, and provide clear guidance and instruction.
  • Product Development: Lead in delivering end-to-end biddable campaigns, identify innovation opportunities, and guide advanced biddable capabilities.
  • Client Management: Lead initiatives to improve agency and client capabilities, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and develop media planning principles.
  • Commercial Management: Ensure financial and compliance processes are followed, maintain a strong perspective of in-scope services, and provide hands-on leadership in dealing with commercial issues.
