This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing administration support for participants with disabilities.
About The Role:
As an Administration Support officer, you will be responsible for scheduling therapy sessions using Skedulo, rescheduling sessions if necessary and maintaining accurate service agreements for participants. You will also be required to onboard new participants, complete risk assessments and deliver professional customer service via phone, email or in person. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage participant records and databases accurately.
- Schedule and manage therapy sessions using Skedulo.
- Reschedule sessions if necessary and communicate changes to participants and practitioners.
- Onboard new participants and explain the services provided.
- Complete risk assessments and identify potential risks to participants and staff.
- Maintain accurate service agreements and update records as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the disability sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of organisation and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
