We're seeking a skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Coles Group. As a key member of our technology team, you'll play a critical role in providing enterprise-level identity solutions in a complex environment spanning on-premise assets and cloud environments.

About the Role:

The IAM team provides services to the broader Coles teams, supporting identity/access management for our 130,000 team members, suppliers, and customers. As part of this team, you'll work closely with various areas of the wider Tech team to develop and maintain the Identity and Access Management components of the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technology services to support, develop, and maintain the Identity and Access Management components of the IT infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Enhance our privileged access management platforms.
  • Contribute toward the development of the Identity and Access Management strategy and architecture.
  • Maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders.

About You:

  • Detailed experience in CyberArk platform, with knowledge of setup and installations as well as ongoing operational support.
  • Experience with Entra (Azure) Active Directory and associated Entra identity and access management functions.
  • Experience with identity management software, NetIQ Identity management, NetIQ Access management, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of all aspects of the broader operational environment, including processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.
  • Experience of software engineering practices.
  • Experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment and understanding the role IAM contributes.
