High-Performance Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing control systems, developing technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role offers a competitive market-aligned salary package, including a base salary of $140,000 per annum, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus scheme. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing control systems and developing technical specifications for complex projects;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet project deadlines;
- Evaluating and selecting equipment, materials, and software to ensure optimal performance and safety;
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation and control, or a related field;
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in design engineering, with a focus on instrumentation and control systems;
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical and instrumentation discipline;
- Experience with design tools such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Simulate;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
