**Seamless Banking Experience**

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Mobile Banker to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will build trusted relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and aspirations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires flexibility, self-motivation, and dedication. You will prioritize your own workday, arrange meetings with customers via Zoom or face-to-face, and be given the support of our tailored onboarding and training program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Educate customers on our suite of lending products, clearly articulating features and benefits.
  • Expand your portfolio of customers, building high-quality referral networks, and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and growth within your portfolio and region.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Established experience in home/mortgage lending or credit products.
  • Exceptional communication skills and superior stakeholder management experience.
