About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will assist in ensuring the milestone calendar runs smoothly, provide administrative support, and help drive operational improvement. If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for driving results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring the milestone calendar runs smoothly
  • Provide administrative support to ensure reports, documents, and blueprints are accurate and accessible
  • Drive operational improvement and process efficiency
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a coordination role, ideally in a retail business
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
