About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will oversee the milestone process to ensure timely delivery of stock to market. You will assess and report on global progress, drive the 3-year financial plan, and manage the trade and promotional calendar. If you have a passion for driving operational improvement and have experience in retail, buying, planning, or supply chain functions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the milestone process to ensure timely delivery of stock to market
  • Assess and report on global progress of each brand's strategies
  • Drive the 3-year financial plan to reflect brand and country strategies for future growth
  • Manage the trade and promotional calendar
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create and maintain functional blueprints
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a retail environment and ideally exposed to buying, planning, or supply chain functions
  • Confidence in analytical skills to make high-impact insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team to achieve results
  • Strong written presentation skills, ideally with frameworks or blueprints
