About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Consultant to join our team at the JAG Bondi Store. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including fabric, styling, and trends.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store operations to maintain a high level of store presentation.

About You

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
  • An obvious love for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and prioritize tasks and expectations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
