Dispense Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dispensary Technician to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing prescriptions using FRED software.
  • Assisting the Pharmacist and collaborating with the dispensary team on day-to-day tasks.
  • Preparing webster packs and operating the packing machine.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ordering stock and assisting with replenishment.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in dispensing prescriptions with FRED or any other dispensing software.
  • A genuine passion for Health and Customer Service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Webster packing experience preferred but not essential.
