In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating Agile ways of working through thoughtful leadership, effective mentoring, and compelling communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and support the engineering vision for our internal customers.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve our systems, optimize operations, and stimulate growth.
* Define the chapter's objectives, best engineering practices, policies, and skill proficiencies.
* Ensure delivered solutions conform to agreed-upon principles and best methodology while aligning with strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive hands-on experience in the telco industry, complemented with leadership, budgeting, planning, and forecasting experience.
* Industry certifications in web languages or tools, integration languages, and/or technical people leadership and coaching.
* Experience managing teams working on complex products/solutions and capability development projects.
* Strong understanding of IT risk, information security fundamentals, defence-in-depth practices, IT risk assessment fundamentals, and risk management practices.
* Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
* Direct customer focus with refined communication skills and attention to detail.
