Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology & Software Engineering team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, building, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting event-driven solutions and APIs that deliver value to the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering integration solutions end to end, providing technical expertise to the broader team, contributing to the development of standards and best practices, and leading by example.

  • You have extensive software development experience with a focus on backend integration work, including operating as a technical lead or functional SME.
  • You possess previous experience with Boomi, including the design, development, and ongoing support of integrations and APIs.
  • You have people leadership responsibilities and can build and lead a high-performing technical team.
  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate to technical and non-technical employees.
  • You can manage conflicting priorities across a varied program of work.
