Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our data center construction project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on data center construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for the data center construction project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-side matters, advocating for our needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project scope document (PSD) and a detailed project schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact timelines.
  • Maintain a strict budget and track all project expenditures, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee all construction and fitout contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Implement a robust QA/QC program to guarantee the project meets all data center industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years' relevant experience in large-scale Greenfield / Brownfield projects in the Data Centre industry (or similar highly serviced asset class) across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher [e.g. Project Management/ Engineering/ Architect/ Building Construction/Quantity Surveying, etc.];
  • Diploma with 10 years or greater trade experience of which >5 years should be in a management position [e.g. Electrician, Building Controls, etc.];
