We are excited to announce a community role available for an Occupational Therapist at Encara. This role would suit someone who has flexibility in their work schedule. We offer casual, part-time, or contractor positions working with various funding streams in the community.

The Key Responsibilities of this Role Include:

  • Support Encara in delivering clinical services to community clients.
  • Complete documentation and reporting as per individual client requirements.
  • Participate in case conferencing and multidisciplinary reviews.
  • Manage a caseload with achievable goals and reasonable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will be able to understand funding streams, build valuable relationships, and have a pragmatic approach to managing a busy caseload. They will also utilize their skills in the NDIS, community, and aged care space to help clients achieve great results.
