High-Level Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Sr Security Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the practical application of our security practices and processes, as well as providing guidance and advice to key stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Ensuring the effective implementation of our security policies and procedures;
- Providing security guidance and advice to CASG SPOs for specific programs;
- Developing and maintaining Security Policies & Plans (SPP);
- Being the first point of contact for security advice and incident response;
Requirements:
- Australian Citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 2 Defence Security & ITAR clearance;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Strong experience in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated experience in security and/or a Defence Industry role, including knowledge of the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF), and the ability to interpret and apply relevant company policies and procedures;
