Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to our business operations.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will monitor and respond to incoming IT requests, providing first-level support and escalating where necessary.
  • Responsibilities include resolving support incidents via the ServiceNow system, including logging and managing walk-up, phone, and email requests.
  • You will provide face-to-face and remote support using tools like TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
  • Regular travel is required between Wagga Wagga and Albury, with occasional travel to other national offices as needed.
  • Configure and install PCs, mobile devices, software, and peripherals as part of your duties.
  • Ensure compliance with national procedures and policies regarding IT security.
  • Meet established service level agreements for resolution times.
  • You will actively contribute to team meetings and discussions on IT challenges and improvements.
  • Liaise with software and hardware vendors for product servicing.
  • Support project delivery and complete delegated tasks efficiently.
  • Occasionally work outside normal hours to maintain critical IT services.
