Key Responsibilities:

The role of Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst serves as a critical link between manufacturing and finance functions, ensuring stakeholders have accurate information for informed decision-making.

You will be aligned with multiple sites, partnering closely with business leaders and site stakeholders from production, sales, and procurement to achieve business outcomes.

  • Main financial partner for the business unit, collaborating with the Site Manager to deliver agreed-upon financial targets:
    • Essential business partner to the Site Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - both sales revenue and profit
    • Active participant in sales and operations planning processes
  • Support the Site Manager by contributing to operational, cost, and profit improvement initiatives
  • Manage business cash flow through proactive management of working capital and capital expenditure
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with the latest Accounting Standards and Corporate Governance policies
  • Main finance partner in developing and executing the business unit's long-term strategic plan
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in a management or cost accounting role within a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing standard costing practices, including cost allocation and sensitivity analysis, preferably with experience in an SAP environment.
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic information-gathering skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to work with people at all levels.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions even with incomplete information.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business are essential, and a CPA/CA qualification is required.
