Stocktake Team Member Role

We are seeking a diligent individual to assist with our stocktake process. As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our stock records.

Job Responsibilities
  • Scan products autonomously to record stocktake results efficiently.
  • Audit and count products for quality control purposes, maintaining high standards throughout the process.
  • Ensure store presentation is maintained prior to and after counts, upholding Spotlight's exceptional customer experience standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, effectively communicating with supervisors and colleagues.
About You

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • The ability to follow direction and work independently.
  • A fast and efficient working pace, with attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy and technological skills, enabling seamless data entry and accurate record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills to interact successfully with internal teams and customers.

You will receive comprehensive training before participating in counting shifts, allowing you to apply your knowledge on the busy shop floor. A proactive attitude is essential, though previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
