Customer Service and Sales Consultant Role

We are seeking an exceptional customer service and sales consultant to join our team as a key member of our sales floor. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, supporting customers in their flooring purchase journey, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain and sell various flooring options to customers
  • Write quotes and present appropriate flooring options
  • Measure customers' homes and calculate surface areas
  • Assess the current flooring situation
  • Effectively handle customer objections and close sales
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
