Marketing Brand Leader

This is a pivotal role for a Brand Manager to lead the management of owned brands and key marketing strategies. The successful candidate will report to our Head of Marketing & Loyalty and be responsible for developing and delivering brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop integrated marketing strategies to drive brand, supplier, and private label growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver aligned, effective marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty through continuous brand development and targeted campaigns.
- Lead the planning and execution of major events and marketing campaigns, including the National Conference.
- Oversee marketing operations and support business initiatives through structured project management and execution.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by aligning with company values, supporting team development, and encouraging open communication.
