About the Role:

- Collaborate with our Digital Head to develop and refine our email marketing and CRM strategies
- Manage database integration, personalisation, and lead capture
- Analyse campaign performance through data-driven insights and reporting

Creative Visionary
- Drive innovative ideas for captivating content creation
- Craft compelling visual assets to support our email marketing initiatives
- Assist our team with graphic design, encompassing print and digital sales, advertising collateral, marketing and social media materials, and internal company resources
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Contribute to photoshoots, brand activations, and events

Marketing Strategy
- Conduct market research to inform growth strategies with leadership
- Support the execution of marketing plans for product launches and showroom openings
- Analyse competitors to inform our strategic direction

Data Insights
- Compile monthly reports on platform performance and provide actionable recommendations based on the data

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in business or Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo and Google Analytics
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify Plus, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with CRM database management, integrations, and customer journey planning
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making with knowledge of EDM metrics and analysis
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload, and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
- Demonstrates effective time management and organisational skills
- A high attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion/retail sector is advantageous
