Client Services Digital Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Digital Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, based at The Rocks. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a pivotal role in creating and sharing content across various online platforms to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English and Mandarin (written & verbal), with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in social media/retail/customer services industry.

You will work closely with our Client Services & Marketing Team to develop and implement content strategies that effectively promote our brand and products to customers.

Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written & verbal)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media/retail/customer services industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business
