Eden Academy Kerrisdale is a child-safe organisation dedicated to the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of all children. Our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, providing a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources.

As our new Centre Manager, you will lead with kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional learning environments. You will empower educators to nurture children's independence and curiosity, build strong connections with families, and support teams through open, thoughtful communication.

For this role, we are looking for a passionate and impactful leader who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent) and has a current Working with Children Check. You must also be legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights and hold a Child Protection certificate. A warm, approachable, and professional manner is essential, as well as a love for building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community.
