We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Leader to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
About the RoleThe Learning Leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. This includes developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, providing leadership and mentorship to early childhood educators, and contributing to exceeding outcomes for children and educators.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement contemporary educational practices that promote learning and development in young children.
- Provide guidance and support to early childhood educators to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in early childhood education.
- Diploma in Early Childhood or related field.
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in leading a room or team is highly regarded.
