Job Opportunity: Technical Server Developer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Server Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in c#/DotNet and a passion for developing efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions.

  • Develop robust and scalable server solutions using c#/DotNet.
  • Collaborate with Unity experts to debug and enhance Unity integration with the server.
  • Work closely with hosting/infrastructure experts to develop and maintain solutions for deploying and updating the server.
  • Cooperate with PHP experts in developing API and reporting solutions to support the multiplayer servers.
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 2 years of experience working with c#/DotNet in a relevant multiplayer project.
  • A deep understanding of supporting technologies such as socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.
  • Experience working in a gaming environment.
Desired Skills:

The following skills would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with cloud hosting and deployment, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge of source control (preferably GIT) and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, memcached, and Redis.
